Store Policies Return Policy: 14 day money back guarantee! If you are not completely satisified with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days from the time of shipment for a complete refund or exchange. All returns must happen within 14 days after your item has been shipped. The item(s) returned must be in the same original condition when shipped from our store. Under no circumstances can car keys that have been cut be returned or exchanged. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs involved with a return or exchange unless the item is defective. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive a full refund. But you have to be fast because we ship'em out quick! Shipping: Items purchased on carlocksandkeys.com are shipped within 3 days after receiving payment. However, most items are shipped the next day after payment has been received. Shipping is done through United States Postal Service, but for large domestic orders we may use UPS. Standard shipping includes USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation; 2-Day shipping includes USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation, and for next day shipping we use USPS Express mail. We do offer international shipping rates to our international customers. If you do not see your country listed in the shipping options during checkout, than please contact us at sales@carlocksandkeys.com and we will configure our system to include your country. As with domestic shipping, 2-day and Next Day shipping are not guaranteed and actual shipping time depends on your location. Priority mail is not guaranteed to be 2 days and could take longer. It depends on your location, and the same is true with USPS Express mail or next day mail. Not all address's are guaranteed to be next day, or 2 day if your using priority mail.
